Why Should I Upgrade My Brakes?

Single Piston Calipers
Single piston calipers are mounted on to the rear left and right disc brake rotors, providing a secure hold that minimises the likelihood of ‘roll aways’ on steep hills, even when your vehicle is heavily loaded or towing.
Ultimate 4WD™ Disc Brake Rotors
A full drum to disc conversion kit is included, allowing your vehicle to use Ultimate 4WD™ Disc Brake Rotors.
Unlike brake drums, disc brake rotors continue to perform well when wet, enabling safe driving in off-road conditions, river crossings, etc.
In conjunction with the single piston calipers, Ultimate 4WD™ rotors provide increased stopping power for your vehicle.
Bolt On Fitment
No change needed to your 4WD's hydraulic mechanism, pad shape or original park brake.
This means you can keep your OE hand brake.
Control Switch & Module
Kit includes a wiring harness and an ADR compliant, OEM style dash switch, enabling fast, manual activation or deactivation of the Electric Park Brake (EPB).
Electronic control module also features auto-on functionality, allowing the EPB to engage automatically under certain conditions for improved safety, such as when a cabin door is open.
Service Mode
This kit features a ‘service mode’ to wind back the EPB to allow for easy brake pad change.
It’s also self-adjusting, meaning the Hilux will spend less time in the workshop and more time out on the tracks.
